Establishment History:

  • I.D.I Multinational Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was established in 2003, according to business registration certificate No. 4103001715 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on July 15, 2003 and issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai Province on July 15, 2003. Tower issued the 8th change No. 0303141296 dated December 18, 2009.
  • In 2003, I.D.I Multinational Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was established with a total initial capital of 29 billion VND. During this period, most of IDI's Board of Directors and Executives are key officials of Sao Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, An Giang province.
  • In 2005, IDI launched the Vam Cong Industrial Cluster project with a scale of nearly 23 hectares in Lap Vo district, Dong Thap province.
  • In 2006, the Company began paying compensation for the resettlement area and Vam Cong Industrial Cluster phase 1. At the same time, the Company also started construction of infrastructure for the resettlement area and industrial cluster phase 1.
  • In 2007, IDI officially started construction of seafood processing factory No. 1 and supporting items. This is also the first factory in the Vam Cong industrial cluster to be built. In addition, IDI continues to pay compensation for the remainder of the Vam Cong industrial cluster and launch the Company's raw fish farming area project.
  • In 2008, the Company completed construction and equipment installation, bringing phase 1 of seafood processing factory No. 1 with phase 1 design capacity of 300 tons of raw materials/day and cold storage capacity of 4,600 tons into operation. Officially added IDI's name to the list of Vietnamese pangasius exporting enterprises. At the same time, the Company also supported Tourism Investment and Fisheries Development Joint Stock Company (Trisedco) to start construction of a pangasius by-product processing factory phase 1.
  • In 2009, IDI continued to invest in completing seafood processing factory No. 1 with a total design capacity of 600 tons of raw materials/day and supported Trisedco to complete the by-product processing plant.
  • In 2010, operated seafood factory No. 1 with a design capacity of 600 tons of raw materials/day.
  • In 2011, construction started on the Fish Oil Refinery Factory project with design capacity of 100 tons of crude fish oil/day and total investment of 300 billion VND, usable area of ​​10,600 m2. Complete the pangasius farming area according to Global G.A.P, A.S.C, B.A.P standards on nearly 6 hectares in An Thanh Trung commune, Cho Moi district, An Giang province and 10 hectares in Tan Hoa commune, Lai Vung district, Dong Thap province.
  • In 2012, the investment in the fish oil refinery was completed and put into operation by the end of June 2013. In December 2014, Ranee premium fish oil products officially entered the Vietnamese supermarket system.
  • In addition, I.D.I is named in the Top 5 frozen pangasius exporters in Vietnam. Registered to list shares according to Decision No. 64/2011/QD-SGDHCM dated May 17, 2011 at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
  • On October 10, 2015, IDI Company started the aquatic food processing factory project with a design capacity of 360,000 tons/year. The company has boldly invested in the most modern technology to create the best products at low prices. In addition, this project also has the application of solar power technology to replace the current common power source.
