Establishment History:
- June 16, 2003: Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of 9,999 billion VND.
- From December 16, 2005 to January 11, 2007: The company increased its charter capital to 15 billion VND through a private placement to existing shareholders and investors. The number of shareholders after issuance is 20 shareholders.
- From April 6, 2007 to July 6, 2007: The company increased its charter capital to 27 billion VND through a private placement to existing shareholders and investors. The number of shareholders after issuance is 46 shareholders.
- From July 14, 2008 to August 29, 2008: Increase charter capital to 34.8 billion VND through issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders.
- From October 21, 2008 to December 5, 2008: Increase charter capital to 35,285 billion VND through issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders.
- October 1, 2009: The company was recognized by the State Securities Commission as a public company.
- June 1, 2010: 3,528,500 shares of the Company were listed and traded for the first time on the Hanoi stock exchange (HNX), corresponding to charter capital 35,285,000,000 VND.
- September 5, 2012: First trading day of 105,850 additional shares (due to ESOP 2012 release) , bringing the total number of listed shares to 3,634,350 shares corresponding to charter capital of 36,343,500,000 VND. This number of shares is restricted from transfer until June 1, 2014.
- April 24, 2013: First trading day of 396,966 additional shares (due to issuance of dividends to shareholders) , bringing the total number of listed shares to 4,031,316 shares corresponding to charter capital of 40,031,316,000 VND.
- October 22, 2013: First trading day of 403,036 additional shares (due to bonus issuance to shareholders) , bringing the total number of listed shares to 4,434,352 shares corresponding to charter capital of 44,343,520,000 VND.
- May 7, 2014: First trading day of 665,141 (due to issuance of dividends to shareholders) additional shares, bringing the total number of listed shares to 5,099,493 shares corresponding to charter capital of 50,994,930,000 VND.
- December 31, 2014: First listing day of 50,944 additional shares (due to ESOP 2014 release) , bringing the total number of listed shares to 5,150,487 shares corresponding to charter capital of 51,504,870,000 VND. This number of shares is restricted from transfer until November 3, 2016.
- T August /201 5 : will include 2,575,243 additional shares (due to issuing dividends to shareholders). After 12 years of business operation, 16 charter capital increases as of June 24, 2015 , the total number of listed shares increased to 7,725,730 shares, corresponding to a charter capital of 77,257,300,000 VND.
