- Technical Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex IJC) was established from the equitization plan according to Decision No. 3736/QD-UBND dated August 21, 2006 of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province on the equitization of National Highway 13 Project under the Public Investment and Development Company. Industry (Becamex IDC Corp); Decision No. 1131/QD-UBND dated March 1, 2007 of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province on approving the plan and converting the National Highway 13 Project under the Industrial Investment and Development Company into a Technical Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.
- In 2008, increased charter capital from 337.47 billion VND to 548.389 billion VND.
- In 2009, the Company was recognized as a public company certified by Bureau Veritas for quality management system ISO 9001:2008.
- In 2010, Listed 54,838,905 shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and established a Company branch in Ho Chi Minh City
