Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- April 1980: Hanoi People's Committee decided to establish a station to receive labor going abroad.
- October 5, 1985: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3714/QD-TC to change the name and establish the International Cooperation Labor Station, a public service unit, allowed to open an account and use its own seal.

- December 24, 1988: Hanoi People's Committee issued decision No. 6599/QD-UB to merge the Labor Cooperation Return Service Station into the International Cooperation Labor Services Company. It is an economic unit with legal status, independent economic accounting, and its own account and seal.
- March 26, 1993: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1248/QD-UB to establish and add additional functions and tasks to the International Cooperation Labor Services Company. As a state-owned enterprise, organized and operating in the form of independent economic accounting. capital of 1,053 billion VND.
- June 18, 2004: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3817/QD-UB to change the name of International Cooperation Labor Services Company to International Trade and Manpower Supply Company. The enterprise operates under a business registration license and professional practice license, with capital of 14 billion VND.
- December 13, 2005: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 218/2005/QD-UB on converting Hanoi International Trade and Manpower Supply Company into Hanoi International Trade and Manpower Supply Company. The enterprise operates under a business registration license and practice license. Capital 70 billion VND.
- April 5, 2010: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1058/QD-UB on converting the Hanoi International Trade and Human Resource Supply One-member State Limited Company into the International Trade and Services Investment One-member State Limited Company.
- June 1, 2010: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 2417/QD-UB on changing the name of the State-owned International Trade and Services Investment One-member LLC to International Trade and Services Investment One-Member LLC.
- August 26, 2010: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 4153/QD-UBND on converting the International Trade and Service Investment One-Member LLC to organize and operate according to the Parent Company - Subsidiary Company model. Charter capital 235,000,000,000 VND.
- September 30, 2014: Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 5016/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Equitization Steering Committee of INTERSERCO International Trade and Service Investment Company Limited
- June 6, 2016: Successfully organized the initial public share auction at the Hanoi Stock Exchange with a total number of successfully offered shares of 9,906,700 shares and an average successful auction price of 10,102 VND/share.
- November 30, 2016: International Trade Investment and Services One-Member LLC moved to organize and operate under the Joint Stock Company model and changed its name to International Trade Investment and Services Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0100110052 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City, changing for the 14th time on January 30 November 2016 with charter capital of: 360,000,000,000 VND.
- February 28, 2018: The company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 10/2018/GCNCP- VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with the total number of registered shares: 36,000,000 shares.
