Establishment History:
- IDICO Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (IDICO.INCON), formerly IDICO investment consulting company, is a State-owned enterprise established on May 25, 2003 according to Decision No. 1002/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction on the basis of reorganizing the Science Center technology and construction investment consulting - a unit under Vietnam Urban and Industrial Park Development Investment Corporation (IDICO).
- Implementing the policy of reorganizing the Enterprise to operate in the form of a joint stock company, in January 2007 the company transformed into a joint stock company with capital contributed mainly from IDICO (over 60%). (Decision approving the share plan No. 1423/QD-BXD dated October 13, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction).
- IDICO Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company officially listed shares and traded for the first session on the Hanoi stock exchange on July 14, 2011.
