Construction Investment and Development Company, abbreviated INVESTCO under Hanoi Construction Corporation according to Decision No. 2077/QD-BXD dated December 28, 2004 of the Ministry of Construction
In 2005: The company was equitized and transformed into an Investment and Joint Stock Company

Construction Development (INVESTCO) with charter capital of 35 billion VND
2007: Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital

150 billion VND (according to the Certificate of public offering of shares

No. 171/UBCK-GCN dated September 14, 2007 of the State Securities Commission)
In 2010: Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital to more than 176 billion VND, from issuing shares to increase capital from equity sources and issuing shares to pay dividends.
