Timeline of Establishment & Development
- I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company was established on December 28, 2007 under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103021608 with a registered charter capital of 600 billion VND on the basis of conversion from I.P.A Investment and Finance Company Limited - Business registration certificate No. 042493 issued by the Business Registration Office - Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on March 9, 1998;
- On December 31, 2007, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company accepted to merge with I.P.A Investment Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103010725 issued by the Business Registration Office - Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on January 19, 2006 with a merger ratio of 1:1. At the time of the merger, the actual contributed charter capital of I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company was 426,647,450,000 VND, the charter capital of I.P.A Investment Joint Stock Company was 173,352,550,000 VND, capital surplus was 370.876 billion VND; After the merger, the charter capital of I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company remains 600 billion VND and the resulting capital surplus is 370,867 billion VND.
- On November 20, 2008, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company accepted to merge with I.P.A Financial Partners Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 01030225325 issued by the Business Registration Office - Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on February 22, 2008 with a merger ratio of 1:1. At the time of the merger, the actual contributed charter capital of I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company was 600,000,000,000 VND and the actual contributed charter capital of I.P.A Financial Partners Joint Stock Company was 59,999,800,000 VND and was contributed by a single shareholder, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company. When receiving the merger, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company did not issue new shares, the Company's charter capital remained 600 billion VND.
- Since 2010, I.P.A Investment Group Joint Stock Company has become a public company.
