Foundation history:

• 1994: CATIC - Center for Application of Information Technology and Control - was founded by a group of lecturers from Polytechnic University to research solutions and apply advanced technologies to life.
• 1996: Global Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. was established from the combination of CATIC and two Australian and Singaporean partners in the business of comprehensive lightning protection solutions and electrical equipment of Global Lightning Technologies Pty Ltd (Australia).
• 1996: Tan Tien Automation Technology Co., Ltd. was established and became the first agent of Siemens Group (Germany) in the field of factory automation in Vietnam.
• 1997: Sieu Tinh Informatics Co., Ltd. was established from the cooperation between CATIC and DTS Marketing Pte Ltd (Singapore) to deploy information technology solutions in the management of restaurants, hotels and supermarkets.
• 1999: ITD High Technology Investment and Development Joint Stock Company was born with the purpose of managing investments in member companies and separating business activities from research activities of the CATIC center.
• 1999: Thach Anh Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was formed with the orientation of business development in the field of mechanical and electrical power.
• 2004: Invested in establishing Thien Van Technology Co., Ltd. to deploy information technology applications for the aviation and airport industry.
• 2005: Implemented the "co-ownership" policy, converting limited liability companies into joint stock companies, creating conditions for employees to own and develop with the company, and at the same time increasing capital for business operations of companies.
• 2006:Established Tin Thong Technology Joint Stock Company with the main business of providing telecommunications and automatic identification solutions.
• 2007: Invested in establishing Spring Online Payment Joint Stock Company, specializing in internet payment solutions in Vietnam.
• 2008: Tien Phong Software Co., Ltd. was established, providing solutions and selling software for projects.
• 2009: Global Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX)
• 2010: Tien Phong Positioning Joint Stock Company was born with the orientation of becoming the leading provider of Dinh Vi Services - LBS Services for businesses; Since then, it has developed into a provider of Smart Transportation services and solutions in Vietnam
• 2011: Tien Phong Company officially inaugurated the Office Building - ITD Building - at 01 Sang Tao Street, Technology Park in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
• 2011 Tien Phong Technology Joint Stock Company was listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HSX)
