Establishment History:
- Metal Production and Trading Joint Stock Company was established by the General Meeting of Shareholders on December 27, 2000 with an initial charter capital of 5,500,000,000 VND, on the basis of the Material Handling and Service Enterprise (Enterprise 4) - a dependent accounting unit of Hai Phong Metal Company, an independent member enterprise of Vietnam Steel Corporation. The company was established on the basis of selling the entire existing value of the state capital at the Material Handling and Services Enterprise, combined with issuing additional shares to attract more capital to convert into a joint stock company according to Decision No. 72/2000/QD-BCN dated December 18, 2000 of the Minister of Industry. The company was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 020300033 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong city on January 2, 2001. During its operation, the Company was also granted a changed Business Registration Certificate on June 25, 2001, May 13, 2002, April 14, 2003, March 4, 2004, October 6, 2004, April 12, 2005 and October 11, 2006 due to changes. about adding professions and increasing charter capital.
- In December 2021, the company changed its name to Thanh Thai Group Joint Stock Company
