Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Kosy Joint Stock Company (Kosy) was established on March 10, 2008, under business license No. 0102681319 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with an initial charter capital of 120 billion VND. Main business lines are: Construction of civil, industrial, transportation and irrigation projects, leveling; Construction of water supply and drainage works; Construction of power lines and stations under 35kV; Electricity production and transmission floor; Business of catering services, entertainment areas, hotels, restaurants; Business and exploitation of river and seaport stretchers; Production, purchase and sale of construction materials; Architectural design of civil and industrial projects; Surveying and exploring minerals.
- In 2009, the Company began to expand its field of operations: developing additional fields of construction of traffic works, roads and bridges, and irrigation.
- In 2011, Kosy turned to the real estate business, taking this as a fulcrum for development. In the field of construction, in addition to constructing new urban area projects, Kosy also implements many traffic, irrigation, and telecommunications projects in localities.
- In 2015, the Company began preparing to invest in a number of hydroelectric projects.
- In 2016, the Company began to develop many real estate projects in the North and Central regions. Currently, Kosy has been working as an investment group to implement a number of large real estate projects in localities such as: Kosy Urban Area - Lao Cai, Lao Cai city; Kosy urban area - Bac Giang, Cau Go urban area, Bac Giang province; Kosy - Gia Sang urban area, Kosy - Song Cong urban area, Thai Nguyen city....
- In 2017, the Company increased its capital to 415 billion VND. Kosy developed impressively and was honored at the Vietnam Strong Brand Award.
- Currently, Kosy Joint Stock Company operates under business license No. 0102681319 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment for the first time on March 10, 2008, changed for the 12th time on March 10, 2017 with a charter capital of 415 billion VND.
Capital raising process:
- 1st phase capital increase: from 120 billion to 180 billion VND
- 2nd phase capital increase: from 180 billion to 350 billion VND
- 3rd phase capital increase: from 350 billion to 400 billion VND
- 4th round of capital increase: from 400 billion to 415 billion VND
