Establishment History:
- The company was established in 1993 and officially converted to a joint stock company on May 1, 2006 with a charter capital of 70,000,000,000 VND.
- In 2008, the company issued additional shares to existing shareholders and key officers to increase charter capital to 107,000,000,000 VND according to the Certificate of registration for public sale of shares No. 344/UBCK-GCN dated October 17, 2008 of State Securities Commission.
- In 2010, the Company increased its charter capital for the first time to 107 billion VND, listed its shares on HOSE with the stock code KSB, 50.5% state capital
- In 2012, the Company increased its charter capital for the second time to 180 billion VND, 50.5% state capital.
- Year 2015: In July 2015, the Company issued 5,400,000 additional shares from equity, increasing charter capital to 234 billion Dong, state capital (SCIC) 50.05%.
- 2016: From February 24 to 26, 2016, SCIC sold all shares held in the company, BIMICO became a non-state enterprise. Shares are held by companies, funds, internal employees and shareholders. BIMICO has proven itself to be the leading enterprise in stone mining and construction in the market.
