Establishment History:

• Hamico Southeast Asia Export Joint Stock Corporation, formerly known as Southeast Asia Company Limited, was established on March 18, 2003 under business license No. 0602.000224 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Nam province with an initial capital of 15,000,000,000 15,000,000,000 copper.
• On September 29, 2009, Southeast Asia Co., Ltd. was converted into Hamico Southeast Asia Export Joint Stock Corporation under business license number 0700.212.810 0700.212.810 , second change registration date November 12, 2009 with charter capital of 56,880,000,000 VND.
• On February 10, 2011, the Corporation successfully converted 504,950 convertible bonds for the first time into shares. On March 25, 2011, the Corporation listed an additional 5,049,500 shares, bringing the total number of listed shares of the Corporation to 10,737,500 shares, equivalent to 107,375,000,000 VND.
• On August 10, 2012, the Company successfully converted 126,250 second convertible bonds into shares. On September 27, 2012, the Corporation listed an additional 1,262,500 shares, bringing the total number of listed shares of the Corporation to 12,000,000 shares, equivalent to 120,000,000,000 VND
• In November 2014, Hamico Southeast Asia Export Joint Stock Company changed to the name DNA Investment Joint Stock Company.
