Establishment History and Development
- Mineral Corporation - TKV (formerly known as Vietnam Mineral Corporation) is a state-owned enterprise, special class, established under Decision No. 1118/QD/TCCBĐT
- According to Decision No. 345/2005/QD-TT dated December 26, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group, Vietnam Mineral Corporation transformed into a subsidiary of Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group.
- On April 27, 2006, Vietnam Mineral Products Corporation switched to operating under the parent company - subsidiary model according to Decision No. 12/2006/QD- BCN of the Ministry of Industry and operated under the State Company Business Registration Certificate No. 0106000168, registered for the 3rd amendment and supplementation on May 3, 2007.
- According to Decision No. 2449/QD-HĐQT dated November 8, 2006 of Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group, Vietnam Mineral Corporation was renamed Mineral Corporation - TKV.
- According to Decision No. 3169/QD-BCT dated June 15, 2010 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the parent company - TKV Mineral Corporation changed to operate under the model of a single-member limited liability company and changed its name to Mineral Corporation - Vinacomin, operating under the business registration certificate No. 0100103087, registered for the 5th amendment and supplementation. 4 August 21, 2012.
- The Corporation has initiated equitization and officially switched to operating under the Joint Stock Company model from October 6, 2015 according to the Joint Stock Company Registration Certificate with business code 0100103087 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, changed for the 5th time on October 6, 2015.
- On December 28, 2015, the State Securities Commission accepted the application for public company registration according to the provisions of the Securities Law in Official Dispatch No. 8010/UBCK-QLPH
- On March 9, 2016, Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued Securities Registration Certificate No. 16/2016/GCNCP-VSD to TKV Minerals Company - JSC.
- On July 28, 2016 at HNX, shares of Mineral Corporation - TKV were officially traded on Upcom.
