In 1994: Kien Tuong Water Supply and Sewerage and Environment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Moc Hoa Water Supply Enterprise, was established by decision No. 1937/QD.UB dated August 31, 1994 of the People's Committee of Long An province
In 2003: Moc Hoa Urban Construction Company was established under Decision No. 824.QD-UB dated February 27, 2003 of the People's Committee of Long An Province on the basis of converting Moc Hoa Water Supply Enterprise into an independent economic accounting unit
In 2006: Moc Hoa Urban Construction Company changed its form of operation from an independent economic accounting unit to Kien Tuong Water Supply, Drainage and Environment Company Limited according to regulation No. 3041/QD-UBND dated December 14, 2006 of the People's Committee of Long An province.
Year 2015: According to Decision No. 4757/QD-UBND dated December 8, 2015 of the People's Committee of Long An province on approving the equitization plan and converting Kien Tuong Water Supply, Sewerage and Environment Company Limited into a Joint Stock Company with the number of shares initially issued is 3,800,000 shares, par value of shares is 10,000 VND
Year 2016: On June 1, 2016, the Company was granted the 10th amended Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Long An province with a charter capital of 38,000,000,000 VND
Year 2018: According to the minutes of handover of capital and assets from Kien Tuong Water Supply and Sewerage and Environment Joint Stock Company to Kien Tuong Water Supply and Sewerage and Environment Joint Stock Company No. 280/BB-STC dated January 25, 2018
Year 2020: On August 31, 2020, Kien Tuong Water Supply and Sewerage and Environment Joint Stock Company received Securities Registration Certificate No. 54/2020/GCNCP-VSD from Vietnam Securities Depository Center, etc. depository of the Company's shares. Number of registered securities slaf 3,800,000 shares, stock code is KWA
