LILAMA 10 Joint Stock Company, formerly Hanoi No. 1 Machine Installation Enterprise, was established in December 1960; On January 25, 1983, the unit transformed into Machine Erection Enterprise No. 10 under the Union of Machine Erection Enterprises (now Vietnam Machine Erection Corporation) and changed its name to Machine Erection and Construction Company No. 10 from January 2, 1996.
Company ownership change: From January 1, 2007 Machinery and Construction Company No. 10 changed to operate in the form of a Joint Stock Company, renamed LILAMA10 Joint Stock Company
Listing: December 11, 2007 The company received the decision to list securities at the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange, on December 25, 2007 the Company officially traded 9,000,000 shares at the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Chi Minh with transaction code L10.

Business Sectors:

Construction of industrial projects, power transmission lines, transformer stations, assembly of machinery for projects. Producing and trading in materials, lamp soil, welding rods, oxygen, spare parts, metal structures for construction. Production of construction materials.
Manufacturing, installing, repairing lifting equipment, pressure equipment (tanks, tanks, pressure pipes), mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, non-standard steel structures, supply, installation and maintenance of elevators;
