Establishment dated February 24, 1981, is a state-owned enterprise with the name Mechanized Construction Enterprise No. 12 in Hoa Binh. The main task is to participate in the construction of main items of Hoa Binh hydroelectric plant.
1990: Changed name to Mechanical and Construction Enterprise No. 12, moved headquarters and operating area to Ha Dong, Ha Tay (now Hanoi).
1995: Changed name to Mechanical and Construction Company No. 12 and moved headquarters to Hanoi.
September 2004: Equitized, transformed into Mechanical and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 12 under the Construction and Development Corporation infrastructure - LICOGI. LICOGI 12 is one of the first equitized enterprises of the Ministry of Construction.
September 2005: Received Certificate of Quality Management System ISO 9001-2000 from QUACERT.
August 2006: Changed name to LICOGI 12 Joint Stock Company.
January 2010: Vietnam Construction Industry Group (VNIC) was established, LICOGI 12 became a joint company conclusion.
