Establishment History:
- LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company is one of the strong units of LICOGI Construction and Infrastructure Development Corporation - Ministry of Construction. The Company's predecessor was Mechanized Construction Enterprise No. 14, established under Decision No. 184/BXD-TCCB dated February 11, 1982 of the Ministry of Construction with the task of leveling and excavating foundations for construction items of the Apatite ore processing plant in Tang Loong - Bao Thang - Lao Cai.
- On January 2, 1996, the Minister of Construction issued Decision No. 01/BXD-TCLD to change its name to Mechanical and Construction Company No. 14.
- Implementing Decree No. 187/2004/ND-CP dated November 16, 2004 of the Government on converting State-owned companies into joint stock companies, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 1453/QD-BXD dated July 18, 2005 and Decision No. 1703/QD-BXD dated September 9, 2005, transferring Mechanical and Construction Company No. 14 into LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company, with headquarters at: No. 2068 Hung Vuong Avenue - Nong Trang Ward - Viet Tri City - Phu Tho Province.
- On September 12, 2005, the Department of Planning and Investment of Phu Tho province issued the first business registration certificate No. 1803000339 to LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company with an initial charter capital of 8.8 billion VND.
- During the operation process, to increase capital for production and business activities, in 2007 LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital from 8.8 billion VND to 28.8 billion VND through issuance to existing shareholders, employees and other partners.
- According to Decision No. 314/QD-SGDHN dated July 1, 2011, LICOGI 14 Joint Stock Company has been accepted to register for trading shares of LICOGI14 Joint Stock Company at Hanoi Stock Exchange.
