• The predecessor of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 18 was Construction Company No. 18, established on May 19, 1961. After being established, the Company started construction of the Uong Bi Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 155MW, followed by a series of key projects. of the whole country such as Uong Bi Electricity, Cua Ong Coal Sieve, Tri An hydroelectric power plant, Pha Lai 1 and 2 thermal power plants. In October 1995, the Company joined the Union of mechanical construction enterprises to establish LICOGI Construction and Infrastructure Development Corporation.

• July 2010: Decision to convert No. 18.6 Road and Bridge Construction One-Member LLC into No. 18.6 Road and Bridge Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 15 billion VND
