Establishment History:
- Lilama 45.3 Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Machine Installation & Construction Company 45.3 under Vietnam Machine Installation Corporation, was converted from a State-owned enterprise to a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 497/QD-BXH dated March 24, 2006 of the Minister of Construction.
- On November 11, 2005, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 2112/QD-BXD approving the equitization plan of 45-3 Machinery Installation and Construction Company under Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation with charter capital of 6,815,000,000 VND (State capital accounts for 51%)
- On May 15, 2006, the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ngai province issued the first Business Registration Certificate No. 3403000084 and the first change on May 29, 2007.
- On March 24, 2006, Lilama 45.3 Joint Stock Company was officially established under Decision No. 497/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction with a charter capital of: 6,815,000,000 VND.
- The company changed its business registration license for the second time on December 27, 2007, changed its license for the third time on March 20, 2008. and changed its business registration license for the fourth time on August 6, 2009 to change the legal representative at the business.
- On April 8, 2008, Hanoi Stock Exchange Center issued Decision No. I28/QD - TTGDIIN on approving the stock trading registration of Lilama 45.3 Joint Stock Company. On June 11, 2008, shares of Lilama 45.3 Joint Stock Company (L43) were officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center.
- Implementing ownership restructuring according to the enterprise restructuring project and improving the Company's management capacity for the period 2012-2015 and 2016 to 2020. Up to now, the company's charter capital is 35,000,000,000 billion VND.
