Timeline of Establishment & Development

- The company was established in August 1980 with the name 45-1 Machine Installation and Construction Company

- On January 27, 1993, the predecessor of Machine Erection and Construction Company 45.1 (State-owned enterprise) belonged to Vietnam Machine Erection Corporation.

- Decision dated April 6, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction on implementing the restructuring of state-owned enterprises of Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation in 2006. 45.1 Machinery Erection and Construction Company has determined the enterprise value to convert to the form of a Joint Stock Company and has had the enterprise value approved by the Ministry of Construction in the Decision dated April 6, 2006. October 25, 2006 with the value of state capital being 35,315,800,343 VND.

- On February 8, 2007, Lilama 45.1 Joint Stock Company was officially established according to Decision No. 251/QD-BXD. Officially put into operation on May 9, 2007 according to business registration certificate No. 0301443037 of the City Department of Planning and Investment. HCM with charter capital of 48 billion VND.

- On December 7, 2007, the Company completed the public company registration documents with the State Securities Commission.

- On July 22, 2016, the Company received a Business Registration Certificate issued by the Vietnam Securities Depository.

- October 20, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 10,300 VND.CP.

- Construction and installation of industrial civil works (cement, hydropower, thermal power, oil and gas, other industrial works...) power transmission lines, transformer stations;

- Production of detailed metal structures;
