Establishment History:
- Lilama 69-1 Joint Stock Company is a state-owned enterprise, a member of Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation. Formed in 1961, the precursor was from two construction sites: Ha Bac Fertilizer Plant Installation Site and Uong Bi - Quang Ninh Thermal Power Plant Installation Site. These two construction sites merged to form Machine Installation Enterprise No. 6, then continued to merge with Machine Installation Enterprise No. 9 Hoang Thach - Hai Duong to form Machine Installation Complex No. 69.
- Implementing Decree 388/HDBT of the Council of Ministers on the Re-Establishment of State-owned Enterprises dated January 27, 1993, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 06A/BXD –TCLD on the re-establishment of State-owned enterprises, at this time the unit was named Machinery Erection Enterprise. 69-1 belongs to the complex of Machine Installation Enterprises - Ministry of Construction, headquartered in Bac Ninh town, Ha Bac province (formerly).
- When the entire Machine Erection industry switched to operating under the Corporation 90 model, on January 2, 1996, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No.: 05/BXD-TCLD to change the name of Machine Erection Enterprise 69-1 to Machine Erection and Construction Company 69-1.
- Implementing Decree No. 187/2004/NDCP on converting State companies into joint stock companies, Decision No. 2054/QD-BXD dated October 31, 2005 of the Minister of Construction on converting machine installation and construction company 69-1 under the General Department of Construction. Vietnam Machinery Installation Company became LILAMA 69-1 Joint Stock Company
- According to Decision No. 333/QD-TTGDCKHN dated October 2, 2008 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center (now Hanoi Stock Exchange) on approval of stock listing registration, dated November 19, 2008, shares of LILAMA Joint Stock Company 69-1 with stock code L61 has officially been listed and traded at Hanoi Stock Exchange
