- Formerly known as Ha Bac - Quang Ninh Machine Installation Site, established in 1961
- In 1979, 69-4 Machine Erection Enterprise was established
- In 1988, 69-3 Machine Erection Enterprise was established
- In 1996, the name was changed to Machine Installation and Construction Company 69-3
- In 2000 - 2002, the Company received 3 companies under the Department of Industry.
- On March 6, 2007, Company Equitized into Lilama 69-3 Joint Stock Company (state capital accounts for 66.76%).
- On July 25, 2007, the Company was granted a Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province, with a charter capital of 30,000,000,000 VND. The company has undergone 02 charter capital increases. To date, the Company's charter capital has reached 77,696,910,000 VND.
- On August 12, 2016, the Company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a registered quantity of 7,769,691 shares.
- On October 6, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 10,000 VND/share.
Main business lines
- Manufacturing other metal products: Processing synchronous equipment in the line.
- Construction of industrial projects, power transmission lines.
- Installation of industrial machinery and equipment.
Charter capital increase process
- First time: In March 2009, charter capital increased by 31,182,580,000 VND, to 61,182,580,000 VND, through issuance to existing shareholders and strategic partners.
- The second time: In September 2014, charter capital increased by 16,514,330,000 VND, to 77,696,910,000 VND, through the form of issuing shares to pay dividends.
