Long An IDICO Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly Long An Industrial Civil Construction Company under Long An Department of Construction, was established under Decision No. 1086/UBQD.83 in 1983 of Long An Provincial People's Committee on the basis of merging 3 Construction Companies under the Department of Construction: Construction Company I, Construction Company II, Construction Company III.
- 1994 - 2001 NAME CHANGE
Long An Industrial Civil Construction Company changed its name to Long An Construction Company according to Decision No. 1381/UB.QD.94 dated August 8, 1994 of Long An Provincial People's Committee
According to Decision No. 1470/QD.BXD dated September 5, 2001 on receiving Long An Construction Company under the Urban and Industrial Park Development Investment Corporation and changing its name to Long An Construction Investment Company, a state-owned enterprise with independent accounting of the Investment Corporation. - 2005 EQUITIZATION
Long An Construction Investment Company transformed into IDICO Long An Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, a joint stock enterprise with State capital accounting for 51% of charter capital according to Decision 2329/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction.
