Establishment History:
- Lam Dong Construction Materials Company was established under Decision No. 981 QD/UB – TC of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee dated November 18, 1994 with 02 The affiliated units are Construction Materials Enterprise No. 1 Tam Bo Di Linh (currently Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company) and Duc Trong Construction Materials Trading and Construction Enterprise and 03 stone production workshops.
- On March 17, 2003, Lam Dong Construction Materials Company implemented equitization and officially operated as a joint stock company from May 28, 2003.
- The company began listing with the stock code LBM on December 20, 2006 on the Ho Chi Minh City stock exchange. Consulting organization: Saigon Securities Joint Stock Company (SSI). Independent audit: auditing and consulting joint stock company (A&C).
- In 2007, the Company added more lines of business and registered to change the Business Registration Certificate No. 059249 for the 7th time with charter capital of 85 billion copper.
- On October 1, 2011, the Company invested 100% capital to establish Hiep Thinh Phat Company Limited as a Company child.
- On August 24, 2015, the Company established a branch of Lam Dong Minerals and Construction Materials Joint Stock Company – LBM Concrete in Dak Province Shallow.
- On August 23, 2016, the Company acquired another company and established LBM Concrete Company Limited - Dak Nong.
