Establishment History:
- Lilama Electromechanical Experiment Joint Stock Company, formerly known as the Technical and Economic Research Center for Machine Installation (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established in 1980 (establishment of the Center) according to Decision No. 133/BXD/TCLD dated January 19, 1980 of the Ministry of Construction. At the time of establishment, the Center had an initial capital of 355 million VND and a workforce of more than 80 people, operating according to the independent accounting method.
- According to Decree No. 338/HDBT of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) dated November 20, 1990 on the organization and rearrangement of State enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the new situation, the Center was renamed Machine Installation and Electromechanical Testing Enterprise according to Establishment Decision No. 014A/BXD-TCLD dated January 27, 1993 of the Minister of Construction, is a unit under the Union of Machine Erection Enterprises, operating according to the independent accounting method. Regarding capital structure, the initial capital of the Enterprise is 426 million VND, of which budget capital is 188 million VND and self-additional capital is 238 million VND.
- In 1996, the Machine Erection and Electromechanical Testing Enterprise was renamed the Machine Erection and Electromechanical Testing Company according to Decision No. 05/BXD-TCLD dated January 2, 1996 of the Ministry of Construction with an initial capital of 1,507,000,000 copper.
- On January 1, 2004, the Company was equitized and changed its name to Machine Installation and Electromechanical Testing Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 54/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction with a charter capital of 5.6 billion VND. Mechanical and Electrical Testing and Machine Installation Joint Stock Company officially went into operation on March 5, 2004 according to business registration certificate No. 0103003803 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment.
- On July 4, 2007, the Company changed its business registration license for the second time, changed the Company's name to Lilama Joint Stock Company - Mechanical and Electrical Testing and increased its charter capital to 13,500,000,000 VND. On March 13, 2008, the Company changed its business registration license for the third time, the Company moved its headquarters from 124 Minh Khai - Hai Ba Trung - Hanoi to 434-436 Nguyen Trai Street - Trung Van Commune - Tu Liem District - Hanoi City.
- On October 8, 2010, Hanoi Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 737/QD-SGDHN on approving the listing of shares of Lilama Joint Stock Company - Electromechanical Testing. On November 15, 2010, shares of Lilama Joint Stock Company - Electromechanical Testing (Stock code: LCD) were officially traded on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- On August 31, 2011, the Company changed its business registration license for the 4th time, the Company expanded new business fields: Real estate business, real estate consulting, management consulting activities, import and export of goods the Company trades.
- On April 13, 2012, the Company changed its business registration license for the 5th time. The company expanded new business fields: Production of metal structural parts, non-standard accessories for construction, production of building materials...
- On January 4, 2013, the Company changed its business registration license for the 6th time, the Company added charter capital from 13,500,000,000 VND to 15,000,000,000 VND copper.
- June 6, 2014: The company changed its business registration license for the 7th time, the Company changed its name from Lilama Joint Stock Company - electromechanical testing to machine installation - electromechanical testing JSC.
- September 24, 2014 The company changed its business registration license for the 8th time
