Central Power Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Land Central) was established on November 29, 2007 by 4 founding shareholders: Vietnam Electricity Group, Central Power Corporation, Da Nang Electricity Company Limited and Khanh Hoa Electricity Joint Stock Company.
The company was granted a full business registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang city No. 3203001727 on December 6, 2007 and changed for the 4th time on August 13, 2014.
The company has a charter capital of 261 billion VND, is a public company with more than 30,000 common shareholders.
On July 4, 2014, the founding shareholders transferred all ownership of shares to Leadvisors Capital Management Joint Stock Company
On July 8, 2014, the 2014 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders re-elected new members of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board and approved the Company's amended Charter.
In May 2016, the Company completed the private placement of 5,151,123 shares to 4 investors, contributing a full charter capital of 261 billion VND.
