Timeline of Establishment & Development:

After the complete liberation of the South, Mechanical Construction Enterprise 9 under the Union of Mechanical Construction Enterprises - Ministry of Construction was established on June 27, 1977.
In 1990, the name was changed from Mechanical Construction Enterprise to Mechanical and Construction Enterprise No. 9 according to Decision No. 287/BXD-TCLD dated May 7, 1990 of the Ministry of Construction.
In 1993, Mechanical and Construction Enterprise No. 9 received Decision No. 051A/BXD_TCLD dated February 20, 1993 from the Ministry of Construction regarding the establishment of a State-owned enterprise.
Over a period of development and operation until 1996, the Ministry of Construction changed its name from Mechanism and Construction Enterprise No. 9 to Mechanism and Construction Company No. 9 under the Construction and Infrastructure Development Corporation - Ministry of Construction.
In July 2006, the Company transformed from a State-owned enterprise to operate under the Joint Stock Company model and officially transformed into Mechanical and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 29,800,000,000 VND
In August 2010, the Company moved its headquarters to Dong Nai province and was granted Business Registration Certificate No. 0301442322, first issued on August 19, 2010, with a charter capital of 30,650,000,000 VND
Currently, Mechanism and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 9 operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0301442322 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province for the first time on August 19, 2010, changed for the 6th time on December 21, 2016, with a charter capital of 50,266,000,000 copper.
On September 26, 2017, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 183/2017/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with stock code LG9.

Business Sectors:

Hydropower, Thermal power;
Civil and Industrial construction works;
Construction of roads, irrigation works, bridges and ports; Technical infrastructure, water supply and drainage projects; investment in construction of new urban areas, housing development business; production and trading of construction materials....
In addition, the Company also exploits and processes construction stone, produces paving stones, contracts and constructs transportation projects, post offices, constructs power transmission lines and transformer stations.
