Establishment History:
- Formerly Lu Gia Mechanical Company, a state-owned enterprise founded in 1978.
- In December 1999, implementing the policy of equitization, the Company was transformed into Lu Gia Mechanical and Electrical Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 8032/QD-UB-KT dated December 28, 1999 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. As one of Vietnam's reputable companies in the field of manufacturing and installing public lighting systems and traffic signals; manufacturing and supplying mechanical products serving the transportation and high voltage electrical construction industry. The company has constructed and provided equipment for many large projects throughout the country such as: construction of airports, golf courses, export processing zones, industrial parks, residential areas, large bridge and road projects such as: Lighting system for the North and South shore of My Thuan bridge; Rach Mieu bridge; East-West Avenue; Hanoi Highway; Tan Son Nhat - Binh Loi belt; Saigon 2 Bridge, Tan Son Nhat Golf Course, Golf Course Long Bien Hanoi... Besides, the Company's products are also exported to the Cambodian market.
- In August 2014, Lu Gia Electrical Mechanical Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) was renamed CII Bridge and Road Investment Joint Stock Company (CII B&R), expanding its field of operations specializing in investing in road and bridge projects
