Establishment History:
- LICOGI13 Joint Stock Company (Trading name: LICOGI 13) was formerly known as Mechanized Construction Team No. 57. In 1960, Mechanized Construction Team No. 57 was merged with Mechanized Construction Team under the Ministry of Architecture and in 1973 was converted into Mechanical Construction Site 57.
- On March 8, 1980, the Ministry of Construction decided to establish Mechanical Construction Enterprise No. 13 on the basis of Mechanical Construction Site 57, under the Union of Mechanical Construction Enterprises. From here, LICOGI 13 officially operates as a State-owned enterprise.
- In 1990, Mechanical Construction Enterprise No. 13 was renamed by the Ministry of Construction to Mechanical and Construction Enterprise No. 13 under the Union of Mechanical Construction Enterprises.
- In 1996, the Prime Minister issued Decision 90/TTg on the establishment of state-owned corporations, the Union of Mechanical Construction Enterprises was transformed into the Corporation for Construction and Infrastructure Development. Along with that, Mechanism and Construction Enterprise No. 13 was renamed to Mechanism and Construction Company No. 13, directly under the Corporation.
- In 2004, implementing the policy of innovation and improving the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises, Mechanism and Construction Company No. 13 was equitized according to Decision No. 2088/QD-BXD dated January 29. December 2004 of the Minister of Construction with the form of operation as a joint stock company according to the provisions of the Enterprise Law.
- February 25, 2008: LICOGI 13 Joint Stock Company became a certified company with a charter capital of 60 billion VND
- March 30, 2010: Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) issued decision No. 179/QD-SGDHN approving the listing of 6,000,000 shares of LICOGI 13 on HNX
- April 22, 2010: First day of listed stocks with stock code LIG before trading on HNX
- The Company's charter capital as of December 31, 2012: 120 billion VND.
