Foundation history:
- Lilama 3 Joint Stock Company is a member of Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation, formerly known as C1 Viet Tri Machinery Installation Site, established on December 1, 1960.
- In June 2006, the Company implemented Decision No. 449/QD-BXD dated March 16, 2006 of the Minister of Construction on converting Machinery Erection and Construction Company No. 3 under Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation into LILAMA Joint Stock Company 3.
- After equitization, in June 2007, LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital from 11,500,000,000 VND to 51,500,000,000 VND.
- In 2009, the company's shares were officially listed on the Hanoi stock exchange with the stock code LM3.
