Establishment History
- Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Machine Erection Enterprise No. 7, was established in December 1977. In 1993, the Ministry of Construction decided to re-establish Machine Erection Enterprise No. 7 became a state-owned enterprise and on January 2, 1996, the Ministry of Construction decided to change the name of the enterprise to Machine Installation and Construction Company No. 7 under Vietnam Machine Installation Corporation.
- According to Decision No. 04/QD-BXD dated January 4, 2005 of the Minister of Construction on the implementation of arrangement, innovation and development of State Corporations and Independent State Enterprises under the Ministry of Construction in 2005. 2005 and Official Dispatch No. 80/TCT-HĐQT dated March 14, 2005 of Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation to member companies in 2005.
- Machinery and construction company No. 7 has determined the enterprise value to convert to the form of a joint stock company and has had the enterprise value approved by the Ministry of Construction in the decision number: 1800/QD-BXD dated December 28, 2006 with the value of the state capital at 0:00 on October 1, 2006: 4,802,502,988 VND (Four billion, eight hundred and two million, five hundred and two thousand nine hundred and eighty eight VND).
- On December 29, 2006, the Ministry of Construction issued decision No. 1803/QD - BXD on approving the equitization plan of Machinery and Construction Company No. 7 under the General Department of Construction. Vietnam Machinery Installation Company with a charter capital of 8 billion VND (of which the state capital at the Enterprise is: 4,080,000,000 VND, accounting for 51% and the capital contribution of the company's shareholders accounts for 49%).
- The date Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company was officially established according to Decision No. 392/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction on converting Machinery and Construction Company No. 7 under Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation into a Joint Stock Company with charter capital The rate is 8 billion VND. Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company officially went into operation on March 15, 2007 according to business registration certificate number: 3203001431 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang city.
- Date the Ministry of Construction issued decision No. 717/QD-BXD on the value of state capital at 0:00 on June 1, 2007 for handover from the State-owned enterprise Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company under the General Department of Construction. - According to the resolution of the 2007 General Meeting of Shareholders No.: 20/Lilama7/ĐHCĐ/NQ dated August 26, 2007 and decided No. 06/Lilama7/HĐQT/QD/00 of the Board of Directors of Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company on increasing charter capital from 8 billion VND to 50 billion VND, as of the date the Company has successfully issued an additional 42 billion VND of charter capital. The entire 50 billion VND charter capital of Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company has been confirmed by ASNAF Auditing and Accounting Company in capital audit report number: 79/BCKT/TC.
- The company changed its business registration license for the first time on February 1, 2008 due to increasing charter capital from 8 billion VND to 50 billion VND and changed the second time on March 9, 2011 to change legal representative.
- September 30, 2010 Hanoi Stock Exchange has decision: 748/QD-SGDHN deciding on the approval of listing shares of Lilama Joint Stock Company 7. Date October 28, 2010 Shares of Lilama 7 Joint Stock Company were officially traded on the Hanoi stock exchange.
- On May 14, 2012, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders changed the business license to update the economic industry code according to the law and add a new industry code 6810 - Real estate business, land use rights owned by the owner. own, use or rent
- On January 30, 2015, Lilama7 Joint Stock Company changed its business registration certificate for the third time in accordance with the law, due to changing the Legal Representative.
