- Lo Ninh Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Le Ninh State Farm, was established on December 24, 1960.
- On April 10, 1998, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province issued Decision No. 06/1998/QD-UBND to establish Le Ninh Rubber Company on the basis of Le Ninh Farm with the main functions and tasks of organizing rubber production and trading, supplying seeds, techniques, planting new trees, purchasing, processing, and consuming rubber latex products, organizing the implementation of agricultural and forestry projects in the direction of general business. combine and exploit the land and labor potential managed by the Company according to approved planning and plans.
- On December 21, 2004, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province issued Decision No. 91/2004/QD-UBND to change the name of Le Ninh Rubber Company to Le Ninh Corporation to suit the scale of production and diversify industries.
- On June 29, 2010, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province issued Decision No. 1471a/QD-UBND, on converting Le Ninh Company into Le Ninh - Quang Binh One-Member LLC with 100% State capital owned by the Provincial People's Committee. Since July 1, 2010, the Company transformed into TNIM Lo Ninh - Quang Binh Company operating under the Enterprise Law.
- On April 21, 2017, Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee approved Decision No. 1329/QD - People's Committee on Approving the Equitization Plan and converting Le Ninh - Quang Binh One Member Limited Company into a Joint Stock Company.
