Establishment History:

LILAMA 5 Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Thanh Hoa Machine Installation Site, was established in 1976 to install the Polish Brick Factory and Bim Son Cement Factory.
In 1978, it was renamed Machine Installation Enterprise No. 5. In 1979, it merged with Machine Installation Enterprise No. 4 in Ha Nam Ninh and was renamed Machine Installation Enterprise No. 45 to construct and install Bim Son Cement Factory.
In 1993, the Machine Erection Enterprise No. 45 was re-established as Machine Erection Enterprise No. 5 according to Decision No. 002A/BXD -TCLĐ dated January 27, 1993, Ministry of Construction.
On December 1, 1995, Machine Erection Enterprise No. 5 was renamed Machine Erection & Construction Company No. 5. Entering 2006, the Company was renamed LILAMA 5 Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 667/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction and officially operated. operating under the Joint Stock Company model since July 2006.
On December 21, 2009, the Company's shares were officially listed on the exchange Hanoi Stock Exchange with stock code LO5

Business Sectors:

Construction and installation of civil, transportation, irrigation, industrial works, urban technical infrastructure, industrial parks, communication systems, power transmission lines, transformer stations; Construction of foundation treatment, interior decoration, assembly of construction machinery and equipment.
Processing, manufacturing, installing and consulting on the installation of technology lines, steel structures of works, boiler equipment, cylinders, gas tanks, pressure-resistant technology pipes of all kinds.
Inspect welds by non-destructive methods (ultrasound, penetrating, magnetic Xray); Experiment and calibrate electrical equipment, thermal systems, automatic control systems of technology transmission lines, and prevent corrosion of metal surfaces.
Production and trading of construction materials.
