Development process
- Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( LPBank ) formerly known as Lien Viet Bank ( LPBank ) was established under the Establishment and Operation License No. 91/GP-NHNN dated March 28, 2008 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam. With the Vietnam Post Corporation contributing capital to LPBank equal to the value of the Postal Savings Service Company (VPSC) and in cash. Lien Viet Bank has been allowed by the Prime Minister and Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to change its name to Lien Viet Post Commercial Joint Stock Bank. Along with this name change, Vietnam Post Corporation officially became the largest shareholder of LPBank .
- Founding shareholder of LPBank is Him Lam Joint Stock Company, Saigon Trading Corporation (SATRA) and Service Company Tan Son Nhat Airport Aviation Service (SASCO). Currently, with a charter capital of 6010 billion VND, LPBank is currently one of the 10 largest Joint Stock Commercial Banks in Vietnam.

Line of business
- Banking business operations such as:
- Capital mobilization operations from receiving deposits, issuing certificates of deposit, bonds bonds and valuable papers, loans from credit institutions, short-term loans from banks State and other forms of capital mobilization according to regulations;
- Professions of granting credit to organizations and individuals in forms such as loans, discounts discounting commercial papers and other valuable papers, guarantees, financial leases and other forms of granting credit according to regulations determination;
- Payment and treasury services;
