- On April 8, 2010, Lap Phuong Thanh Vocational Training and Driving Testing Center (DN&SHLX Center) owned by the Company was established under Decision No. 838/2010/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province.
- On November 1, 2011, after completing legal procedures, construction and installation of infrastructure equipment, Lap Phuong Thanh Enterprise and SHLX Center officially operated under Training License No. 124/TCDBVN/QLPT&NL of Vietnam Road Administration.
- On February 28, 2012, the Company applied to register a new business line of motor vehicle driving training and was granted the 5th trial change of Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province.
- On March 5, 2012, the Company received the 6th amended Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province after increasing its charter capital from 6 billion to 40 billion in the form of additional issuance to existing shareholders for the purpose of supplementing capital to expand production and business activities.
- On March 7, 2013, the Company was granted Test Center Certificate No. 12/TCĐBVN-QLPT&NL from the Vietnam Road Administration, officially qualified to operate in the field of motor vehicle training and testing.
- On January 24, 2018, the Company received the 12th amended Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province after increasing its charter capital from 40 billion to 120 billion by issuing additional shares to existing shareholders for the purpose of investing in construction of the Ngoc Son Driving Test and Practice Ground project.
- On October 14, 2019, the Center was certified as a type 2 driving testing center, qualified to test classes Al, Bl, B2 and c according to Certificate No. 92/TCĐBVN-QLPT&NL of the Vietnam Road Administration.
- On December 24, 2019, the Company received the 15th amended Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province after completing procedures to reduce disclosed capital from 120 billion to 80 billion by buying back shares at the request of the Company's shareholders.
- On December 31, 2020, Lap Phuong Thanh Trading and Production Joint Stock Company was approved as a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 7715/UBCK-GSĐC of the State Securities Commission.
