- Licogi Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company was formerly Construction and Construction Materials Production Company established under Decision No. 424/BXD - TCLD dated July 4, 1997 of the Minister of Construction
- In early 2005, the Company carried out equitization work and on April 25, 2005, the Construction and Materials Production Company officially transformed into LICOGI Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 742/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction. CT officially received the business registration certificate issued by the Quang Ngai Department of Planning and Investment on June 22, 2005
- On May 18, 2013, the Company completed the registration procedures and officially became a public company according to the provisions of law with a charter capital of 18,935,400,000 VND
- On November 1, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 10,000 VND/share.

Company capital raising process
- April 25, 2005: Charter capital 3.5500 billion VND due to Equitization.
- 2007 - April 2008: Charter capital increased by 3.5170 billion VND to 7.0670 billion VND through issuing shares to the public (3.45 billion) and issuing to employees (0.067 billion).
- April 2009: Charter capital increased by 2.4007 billion VND to 9.4677 billion VND through public issuance of shares.
- 2010 - May 2011: Charter capital increased by 9.4677 billion VND to 18.9354 billion VND through issuing shares to the public.
