Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- An Giang Plant Protection Services Company was established by the People's Committee of An Giang province on November 30, 1993, with very small initial facilities, initial business capital of only 750 million VND and 23 employees;
- In September 2014, the Company was equitized and officially changed its name to An Giang Plant Protection Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 150 billion VND;
- In 2009, the Company established branches and agricultural consulting points of engineers operating together and increased its charter capital to 270 billion VND;
- In 2010, the Company established AGPPCam Company Limited, raising its charter capital to 621 billion VND;
- In 2011, the Company's first rice milling factory went into operation to sell products to farmers. To date, the Company has 5 factories located in the Mekong Delta, each factory's capacity is 200,000 tons/year. Gradually turning rice into an important core industry, next to the Group's traditional industries are plant varieties and pesticides.
- In 2014, the Company increased its charter capital to 652.05 billion VND;
- In 2015, An Giang Food Protection Joint Stock Company changed its name to Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company, increasing its charter capital to 671,611 billion VND.
- After 23 years of operation. The Group gradually perfects the value chain of agricultural production from research to production and consumption on many strategic agricultural products of Vietnam such as rice. coffee...and continues to be the leading domestic distributor and manufacturer of pesticides in Vietnam, the largest agricultural service provider in Vietnam following the vertically integrated production model.
