Establishment History:
- 1991: Central Airport Services Company (Middle Airports Services Company – MASCO) under the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration, established under Decision No. 1808/QD-TCCBLD of the Ministry of Transport dated October 11, 1991 on the basis of service departments, construction of aviation facilities at airports in the Central Region airport cluster (Da Nang, Phu Bai, Nha Trang airports...), providing catering services, selling groceries, catering services, taxi business, construction and repair of aviation facilities.
- 1995: Da Nang Airport Aviation Service Supply Company under the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration, established under Decision No. 1808/QD-TCCBLD of the Ministry of Transport Downloaded on October 11, 1991.
- 1996: Da Nang Airport Aviation Services Company is a member of Vietnam Airlines Corporation according to Decision No. 328/CP dated May 27, 1995 of the Prime Minister.

- Year 2007: On June 12, 2007, the Company completed registration procedures and became a public company according to law. The company was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
- In 2009: The company registered to trade on UpCOM and was approved by the Hanoi Stock Exchange. The official transaction was carried out from September 9, 2009.
- 2010: The company finalized the list and issued 66,672 bonus shares to existing shareholders, increasing charter capital: 17,357,870,000 VND.
- 2011: The company was approved by the Hanoi Stock Exchange to issue 273,029 additional shares to the public, increasing its charter capital to 20,088,160,000 VND.
