Establishment History:
- The predecessor of Premium Tile Joint Stock Company was a private brick and tile manufacturing facility acquired by Binh Duong Construction and Materials Company in June 2000.
- In 2006, the Company transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 2132-QD-UBND dated May 19, 2006 of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province on the basis of approving the equitization plan and converting the High-end Tile Factory under Binh Duong Materials and Construction Company into a Joint Stock Company.
- On March 31, 2010, the Company received a decision from the Hanoi Stock Exchange to approve stock listing at the Hanoi Stock Exchange according to Decision No. 181/QD-SGDHN.
- On April 26, 2010, Premium Tile Joint Stock Company shares were officially listed on the stock exchange market, with the stock code MCC, total number of shares 4,668,300 shares corresponding to charter capital of 46,683,000,000.
