Establishment History:
- Eastern Joint Stock Company is an enterprise established by converting from a state-owned enterprise (Eastern Construction Company) to a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 325/QD-BXD dated February 28, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction. On April 13, 2006, the Company officially operated as a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of 15 billion VND. On June 18, 2010, the Company re-registered its business license with a new charter capital of 99 billion VND.
- Formerly known as Tri An Hydropower Construction Company, established on January 10, 1986, the Company includes affiliated member units, has a complete production management organization, has advanced construction technology, has full construction equipment and is constantly adding modern, high-precision equipment. Right from the beginning of its establishment, the Company was assigned the responsibility of building a key project for the State, which is the Tri An Hydroelectric Project.
- After 7 years of operation, Tri An Hydropower Construction Company was re-established and renamed Mien East Construction Company according to Decision No. 073A/BXD-TCLĐ dated March 18, 1993 of the Minister Ministry of Construction. After converting to a joint stock company, MDC operates focusing on the following main areas: Construction, investment and business in infrastructure - housing, production of construction materials and electricity production and business.
- With the tireless striving and efforts of the Executive Board and a collective of competent and enthusiastic employees, during its operations, MDC has brought high efficiency in production and business activities. This is specifically demonstrated through many products and construction projects completed in recent years with high quality in terms of technique and art, always satisfying investors, even the most demanding customers.
- Along with the development of production and business activities, MDC always focuses on the quality management system. Prestige - quality in business has helped the MDC brand gain high trust from customers and receive many noble titles awarded by the Government, ministries and branches.
