- Predecessor of Construction Mechanical and Electrical Joint Stock Company is an excellent logistics unit of the Hanoi public transport sector under the Department of Urban Works Management, Construction Mechanical and Electrical Enterprise, a state-owned enterprise tasked with designing, manufacturing, and overhauling specialized machinery and equipment of the public transport sector. Construction Mechanical and Electrical Enterprise was issued Decision No. 2723 QD/UB by Hanoi City People's Committee on November 7, 1992, allowing the establishment of the Company with the name: Hanoi Construction Mechanical and Electrical Company.
- On July 15, 2005, the People's Committee of Hanoi City issued Decision No. 103/2005/QD-UB on converting the Construction Mechanical and Electrical Company into a one-member State Limited Liability Company for Construction Engineering with a charter capital of 59 billion VND
- On June 29, 2011, the People's Committee of Hanoi city issued decision No. 3083/QD-UBND on changing the name and determining the structure of the one-member state-owned M&E Construction Company. Accordingly, the name of State Construction Mechanical and Electrical One-Member Limited Liability Company was changed to Construction Mechanical and Electrical One-Member Limited Liability Company.
- On January 18, 2012, the People's Committee of Hanoi issued Decision No. 397/QD - UBND on approving and promulgating regulations on financial management of Construction Mechanical and Electrical Company Limited with a charter capital of 108 billion VND.
- Implementing the Government's goals stated in Decree 59/2011/ND-CP dated July 18, 2011 of the Government on converting 100% state-owned enterprises into joint stock companies, Mechanical and Electrical Construction One Member Limited Liability Company gradually carries out the necessary work to convert into a joint stock company.
- The company has equitized the enterprise according to Decision No. 3468/QD — People's Committee of Hanoi City People's Committee on approving enterprise value and equitization plan.
- Public Mechanical and Electrical Company Limited is currently auctioning 6,228,400 shares for the initial public offering at the Hanoi Stock Exchange on October 29, 2015
- On March 7, 2016, the Equitization Steering Committee of Construction Mechanical and Electrical Company Limited issued a notice convening the first General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Construction Mechanical and Electrical Joint Stock Company.
- On March 18, 2016, the City People's Committee. Hanoi issued Decision No. 1366/QD-UBND on converting Construction Mechanical and Electrical Company Limited into Construction Mechanical and Electrical Joint Stock Company.
