Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- In May 1989, the Garment Production - Import-Export Union (Ministry of Light Industry) decided to establish Duc Giang Garment Production and Service Enterprise under the union on a small scale. On December 12, 1992, Duc Giang Garment Production and Service Enterprise changed its name to Duc Giang Garment Company and is a member of the Garment Production - Import-Export Union.
- From 1995 to 2005: a period of construction and development from a company with small factories to a company with nearly 20 large and small factories in the Duc Giang area and localities.
- September 13, 2005: Minister of Industry signed Decision No. 2882/QD-TCCB on equitization to convert Duc Giang Garment Company into Duc Giang Garment Joint Stock Company;
- On December 2, 2005, the founding shareholders' meeting was held;
- On December 28, 2005, Duc Giang Garment Company was converted into Duc Giang Garment Joint Stock Company according to business registration certificate No. 0100101403 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment for the first time on May 16, 1998 with a charter capital of 51,855,000,000 VND;
- In 2007, Duc Giang Garment Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission to become a public company
- On May 15, 2017, the Corporation was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 98/2017 by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 6,181,160 shares;
