Timeline of Establishment & Development:

2013: Maitech Communications Technology Joint Stock Company was established on May 8, 2013 with a charter capital of 5 billion VND according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0312267721 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of the City. First issued by Ho Chi Minh City on May 8, 2013. Head office at 007 My Hoang, Phu My Hung, District 7, City. HCM. The Company's main activity is real estate brokerage (Details: Setting up a general electronic information page).
2015: Maitech Communications Technology Joint Stock Company registered to add real estate business, changed its headquarters address to 104 Nguyen Cong Tru, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, City. HCM. April 10, 2015. The Company increased capital from 05 billion VND to 06 billion VND by issuing shares to existing shareholders and the purpose of using this capital increase is to supplement working capital. On August 11, 2015, the Company changed its name to MLANDVietnam Joint Stock Company.
2016: MLAND Vietnam Joint Stock Company registered to change its new address to Floor 19, Area A, Indochina Park Tower, No. 04 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, May 19, 2016.
2019: MLAND Vietnam Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital from 06 billion VND to 66 billion VND on December 31, 2019 by issuing shares to existing shareholders and the purpose of using the capital of this capital increase is the entire capital obtained from the 60 billion VND share issuance. used for the purpose of supplementing business capital and purchasing land for a residential project in Cam Lam district - Khanh Hoa Province.
2020: On January 20, 2020, the name was changed to MGROUP Real Estate Joint Stock Company. Increased charter capital from 66 billion VND to 120 billion VND by issuing shares to existing shareholders and the purpose of this capital increase is the entire amount of capital obtained from the share issuance shares of VND 54 billion were used for the purpose of purchasing shares of Northern Mland Real Estate Joint Stock Company and supplementing business capital. On February 5, 2020, the name was changed to MGROUPVietnam Group Joint Stock Company. On July 10, 2020, the name was changed to MGROUP Group Joint Stock Company. On November 27, 2020, the charter capital increased from VND 120 billion to 200 billion VND in the form of a private stock offering and the purpose of this capital increase is that the entire capital obtained from the 80 billion VND stock issuance is used to supplement capital to buy shares of Nam Hoa Joint Stock Company.
December 31, 2021: The company becomes a public company
February 16, 2022: The company was granted the first Securities Registration Certificate No. 12/2022/GCNCP-VSD with stock code MGR.
