Establishment History:
- The Company's predecessor was the Quang Nam - Da Nang Industrial Sand Exploitation and Export Enterprise, established in 1984 under Decision No. 91/QD-UB of the People's Committee of Quang Nam-Da Province Danang
- In 1993, the Company changed its name to Quang Nam-Da Nang Mineral Company with a business capital of 228,000,000 VND according to Decision 33/QD-TCNSDT of the Ministry of Industry career
- In 2000, the Company changed its name to Central Industrial Company according to Decision 1459/QD-UB of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province
- In 2004, Quang Nam Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of equitizing a state-owned enterprise (Central Industrial Company) according to Decision No. 5078/QD-UB dated December 9, 2004 of the Government. People's Committee of Quang Nam Province
- On May 25, 2005, the Company officially went into operation in the form of a joint stock company under Business Registration Certificate No. 3303070128 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Nam Province on May 25, 2005; In April 2007, the Company increased its charter capital from 4.5 billion VND to 12.5 billion VND
- In June 2007, the Company increased its charter capital to 12.95 billion VND (issued 45,000 shares to pay part of the 2006 dividend)
- Operating in the field of mineral exploitation, processing and trading for 23 years, the Company has accumulated a lot of production experience and has a team of experienced and dynamic managers and employees; modern infrastructure and machinery, rich mine resources with large reserves.
- The company was listed at the Hanoi Stock Exchange according to Certificate No. 29/GCN-TTGDHN dated December 18, 2007, stock code MIC, officially traded on December 18, 2007. December 21, 2007.
- In September 2008, the company increased its charter capital to 14.8924 billion VND (issued 194,240 shares to pay dividends in 2007). November 7, 2008, officially deposited additional securities for the first time: 194,240 shares
- On October 22, 2009, the Company completed the issuance of 1,009,412 shares. On February 11, 2010, officially deposited additional securities for the 2nd time: 496,412 shares, on December 30, 2010, officially deposited additional securities for the 3rd time: 513,000 shares.
- On March 25, 2011, the Company completed the issuance of 2,987,394 shares.
- On May 26, 2011, officially deposited additional securities for the 4th time: 2,987,394 shares
- On May 28, 2014, Hanoi Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 278/SGDHN regarding Cancellation of the listing of shares of Quang Nam Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company
- On July 16, 2014, the 2014 General Meeting of Shareholders decided to privately issue 58,900 shares to SCIC to offset capital debt
- The total number of current shares of the Company in 2015 is 5,544,946 shares, corresponding to charter capital of 55,449,460,000 VND, of which the number of shares being traded at UPCOM/HNX: 5,514,621 shares.
