Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Industrial Machinery and Equipment Corporation is a state-owned corporation under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, established under Decision No. 155/HDBT dated May 12, 1990 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) and re-established under Decision No. 1117/QD - TCCB dated October 25, 1995 of the Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
- On June 15, 2010, Industrial Machinery and Equipment Corporation switched to operating in the form of parent company - subsidiary according to Decision No. 3168/QD-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- On June 27, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 395/QD-TTg dated March 11, 2016 of the Prime Minister on approving the Equitization Plan of the Parent Company - Industrial Machinery and Equipment Corporation;
- On November 21, 2016, the Parent Company - Industrial Machinery and Equipment Corporation coordinated with the Hanoi Stock Exchange to successfully organize the initial public offering auction with the number of publicly auctioned shares being 140,831,900 shares, the total number of successfully offered shares being 140,900 shares and the average successful auction price being 10,021 shares. VND/1 share;
- On January 16, 2017, the Corporation successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Industrial Machinery and Equipment Corporation - JSC;
- The Corporation officially operates as a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0100101379 issued by the City Department of Planning and Investment. Hanoi issued the 7th change on January 20, 2017, with a charter capital of 1,419,915,000,000 VND;
- On May 9, 2017, Industrial Machinery and Equipment Corporation - Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam for public company registration according to official dispatch No. 2544/UBCKNN-GSĐC;.
- On July 31, 2017, the Corporation was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 148/2017/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 141,991,500 shares;
