- In March 2011, MRC Ltd., an investment company of Mount Kellett Capital Management L.P., became a shareholder holding 20% of the Company's charter capital.
- In January 2013, Private Equity New Market II K/S, an investment company of BankInvest, became a shareholder holding 2.56% in the Company through the private offering method.
- June 2013, MRC Ltd. increased ownership ratio to 21% through private offering method
- June 30, 2014, MRC Ltd. reduced ownership ratio to 20.04% after the Company issued shares under the employee option program.
