- Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation (MITRACO) was established under Decision No. 61/2003/QD-TTg dated April 18, 2003 of the Prime Minister, operating according to the model of Parent company - Subsidiary company. MITRACO's predecessor was Ha Tinh Titanium Mining, Processing and Export Company, established under Decision No. 1150 QD/UB - CN dated August 6, 1996 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province.
- Implementing Document No. 44/TTg-DMDN dated January 10, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the Plan to arrange and innovate State-owned enterprises under the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for the period 2011-2015, the Corporation has taken steps according to regulations to convert from a 100% state-owned enterprise to operating in the form of a joint stock company. Pursuant to Decision No. 1847/QD-TTg dated October 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister on approving the equitization plan of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation.
- After completing the equitization work according to current regulations, on March 2, 2014, Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation held the first General Meeting of Shareholders to establish Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Corporation - Joint Stock Company, electing the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board according to the management model of a Joint Stock Company.

24. Construction of houses of all types, construction of civil and industrial works, irrigation, technical infrastructure, lines and transformer stations up to 35KV.
25. Investing in construction and trading in infrastructure of industrial parks, residential clusters and urban areas, housing business.
