- On December 31, 2016, the Company officially transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 1200421913 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Tien Giang province, issued for the 9th time on December 31, 2016 with a charter capital of 6,450,000,000 VND
