- On December 4, 2015, the Company conducted an initial public offering of shares to equitize with an average successful auction price of 10,026 VND/share;
- April 11, 2016 Officially transformed into Binh Duong Construction and Materials Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 3700148529, issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province for the 5th time on April 11, 2016;
- January 2017 The State Securities Commission approved the public company registration application.
