Establishment History:
- The predecessor of Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company is Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Venture Company, trading name NAGAKAWA VIETNAM JOINT VENTURE COMPANY, which is a joint venture between:
- Vietnamese side: Anh Vu International Economic Development Company, headquartered at 44B Hang Bun Street, Hanoi, Vietnam. Anh Vu International Economic Development Company contributes 51% of the legal capital, equivalent to 765,000 USD.
- Foreign party: HUAGAO AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENTS Co., Ltd., headquartered in Songxia Industrial Zone, Songgang Town, Namahi City, Guangdong, China. Foreign parties contribute 49% of the legal capital, equivalent to 735,000 USD.
- Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Venture Company officially converted its ownership form into a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 853/QD-UBND dated March 21, 2007 of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee. Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company operates under the model of a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 1903000273 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc province on March 21, 2007.
- 2007: Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Venture Company officially converted its ownership form into a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 853/QD-UBND dated March 21, 2007 of the People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province. Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company operates under the model of a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 1903000273 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Vinh Phuc province on March 21, 2007.
- On August 3, 2009, Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company received official dispatch No. 411/TB-SGDHN of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the in-principle approval for Nagakavva Joint Stock Company to issue shares at the Hanoi Stock Exchange. On September 22, 2009, Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company officially listed 10 million shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. This is an important milestone marking a historical turning point in the development process of Nagakawa Vietnam.
- On September 25, 2010, Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company received decision No. 651/QD- SGDHN of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the approval of Nagakawa Joint Stock Company. Vietnam was listed with an additional 1,000,000 shares issued to pay dividends in 2009 according to Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No. 01/2010/NQ-DHDCD.
- On February 16, 2012, Hanoi Stock Exchange issued decision No. 70/QD-SGDHN approving Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company to list an additional 2,500,000 shares issued under the Public Offering Certificate. number 762/UBCK-GCN.
Date August 31, 2012 Hanoi Stock Exchange issued decision No. 436/QD-SGDHN approving Nagakawa Vietnam Joint Stock Company to list an additional 2,500,000 shares, bringing the total number of shares to 14,849,578 shares.
